• Service providers who support our operations, including our CRM (Zoho CRM), email provider (Microsoft 365/Outlook), website hosting provider (Hostinger), analytics providers (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), advertising platforms (Meta Pixel, Google Ads), communication tools (WhatsApp Business/WhatsApp Business API), and workflow/automation tools (Canva, Calendly, Zoom, Make/Zapier) — solely to the extent necessary for them to perform services on our behalf;
• Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
• Successors, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

All the tools and service providers listed above are used for OPVYAP as well as our other affiliated businesses operating under PrimaVerse IDC LLP.

Our website, CRM, and business data are currently hosted and stored on servers located in India. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy accordingly.

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (to understand website usage) and Meta Pixel / Google Ads (for advertising and remarketing purposes). While OPVYAP primarily serves customers and users based in India, our website may be accessible globally. Where visitors from outside India (including the EU/UK/US) interact with our website or submit information to us, we aim to handle such data fairly and in line with this Policy and applicable data protection principles, including, where relevant, the EU/UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy laws. As our data is currently stored in India, any access from other jurisdictions may involve transfer of your data to India for processing. We do not currently guarantee compliance with every jurisdiction-specific privacy law and encourage international users with specific concerns to contact us directly.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to your enquiry, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise it.

Our website and services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from, individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

• Withdraw consent for processing (this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal);

• Lodge a grievance with us, and if unresolved, escalate it to the Data Protection Board of India or other applicable regulatory authority.

Users in the EU/UK or certain US states may have additional rights under applicable local law (such as GDPR or state privacy statutes); we will make reasonable efforts to honour such requests where applicable.
